Michigan Mac
6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups milk
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup michigan suace
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour, broth and black pepper to taste. Add milk. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add cheese and michigan sauce. Mix with 1 pound of pasta. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Optional: Mix in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese before baking, for a bit more ooey, gooey goodness.
